For Warhammer players, both 40K and Fantasy, residing in the Michigan area, be sure to join the Great Lakes Games Workshop Club. This gaming club is HUGE and always seems to have an event or two under way. Also, there is the the 40K Fight Club, a wonderful site dedicated to the wonderful hobby of Warhammer 40,000.
